This last month has been a myriad of multiple projects for different clients and each project has its own set of unique tasks, organized into logical project phases. And each and every client has their own style. For the most part, most of my clients are small business owners just like me. We’re just trying to get through the day of putting out fires without dropping balls; adhering to our missions and visions; working hard to make our clients happy; and hoping to make a difference in this world, somehow. With so much to do, I need to break it down in to smaller pieces. Two people have been especially inspirational in the arena of organization.
